Safe, Secure Record Storage Facilities

BRM’s Tampa Bay area record centers are comprised of over 150,000 square feet of state-of-the-art warehouse facilities designed with the safety and security of your confidential information in mind. BRM’s three Tampa Bay area records storage centers are strategically located with two in Hillsborough County and one in Pinellas County. If proximity to your record storage inventories is a concern chances are that one of our record centers is within minutes of your business address. All of our buildings are security and fire detection monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by third party service providers. BRM offers climate-controlled storage at each of its facilities. Additionally BRM operates a climate controlled data storage vault custom designed for computer media storage, complete with a waterless fire suppression system, and monitored intrusion detection system.


Professional, Security Cleared Staff

All of our employees are required to meet minimum-security clearance standards, which include rigorous pre-employment background checks and ongoing employment periodic criminal checks, all performed by third party auditing agencies. BRM maintains a drug free work place with pre-employment screenings and random audits supervised by third party DFW program administrators. All employees are bound by extensive confidentiality agreements and are required to participate in rigorous and ongoing training on industry specific regulations aimed at the protection of confidential information. The average tenure for BRM’s service staff members is 12 years.


Secure Transportation

BRM’s owned vehicle fleet is comprised of fifteen vehicles custom equipped to safety and securely transport your organization’s confidential information in any quantity. BRM does not subcontract any of its transportation services to third parties ensuring that your confidential records are always in the care of BRM’s staff.
