Business Records Management, Inc. is the premier Commercial Records Storage and Information Management Company in the Tampa Bay area providing state-of-the-art, secure record storage facilities and information management tools to assist your company in with all of its records management needs.

BRM has been in the record storage business for over 40 years. Founded in 1972, our company branched into the Tampa Bay market in 1990 where it presently owns and operates Records Centers in Pinellas and Hillsborough County. As an agent for The National Record Centers, Inc., BRM’s reach expands to provide national and international solutions to organizations that have a need for multiple-market or global records management solution.

BRM has considerable specialized experience with computer media and data storage, hardcopy records storage, retention scheduling, confidential information destruction, document imaging, document management workflow engineering and software consulting.

BRM is privately owned and as such are not burdened by overwhelming financial investment return goals like so many of the industry’s private equity backed national competitors. We have complete control over our service offerings and can reflect our commitment to our customers with corresponding superior levels of service. With BRM you can be assured that when a member of your team needs assistance they will be communicating directly with a staff member located in the same market where they are calling from, not communicating via a toll free phone number to a call center in another state. In short, we feel that this is what differentiates us from our competitors.

BRM takes great pride in its ability to draw on its over forty years of experience in the records and information management industry to help our customers design custom solutions that are both cost effective and technologically state-of-the-art. Let us put this specialized experience to work for you to assist your company in streamlining its records management processes to reduce costs and wasted valuable resources.
